Bailey tanks are designed as direct replacements for the originals and use the same pipe connections. No special tools or hoses are required in the fitting of any tank. Where required, they come supplied with threaded CNC machined bosses to allow re-fitment of original water level sensors. All tanks are polished to a mirror finish and supplied with a high pressure 1.3 bar (19psi) cap.

These tanks are fabricated from the highest quality aluminium sheet, feature press-formed lids, machined push-on connectors and sturdy mounting brackets. The component parts are placed on a jig for dimensional accuracy and precision TIG welded. This means all tanks are a 100% fit and will sit at the correct angle in your car.

Every tank is pressure tested to over twice it’s normal operating range. Our special 1.3 bar cap raises the pressure within your cooling system which raises the boiling point keeping the car running cooler for longer. These tanks are equally at home in a standard road car or 550 bhp racing car.
