BC Coilovers - ER Series Coilovers
All ER Series BC Coilovers kits are supplied with camber adjustable top plates to allow you to dial the camber of the front wheels into any given circuit and eliminate understeer and oversteer. The pillowball top mounts supplied front and rear give precise suspension control, reducing the flex that rubber mounts give and increasing grip still further.
BC ER Series Coilovers - Features
The damping force is 30 way adjustable and bump and rebound are adjusted separately due to the external reservoir fitted. This reservoir also allows BC Racing to use much more oil in the damping system, this extra oil helps to remove heat transfer from the braking system and the damper action itself allow the damper dampers to work consistently throughout the duration of a race maintaining high grip levels or longer.
On the ER Series BC Coilovers, ride height is adjusted from the bottom damper mount so the damper still has its full travel available, this is great for maintaining car control over the kerbs and bumps in the track that would have lesser suspension kits going solid and upsetting the balance of the car or throwing them off the track. The lower spring platform in the ER Series BC Coilovers is now simply used to set preload and adjust corner weights.
The BC Racing ER Series Coilovers are all built with a bearing mounted upper spring platform that resists the loading that is put on the steering whilst cornering found in kits without this bearing fitted. This helps the precise steering of the car and reduces the effort needed to turn the wheel which makes the car easier to drive quickly.
The pinnacle of the BC Racing ER Series BC Coilovers will give race cars the edge the driver needs to be more competitive. Awesome!
