4a. CANCELLATION OF ORDER
The Company does not accept cancellation of orders unless it has proven to be impossible for The Company to fulfil the order for whatever reason.
We do not accept cancellation of orders for goods that will be or have been delivered later than any quoted or stated lead time when the delay lies with our supplier.
The Purchaser shall not be entitled to cancel any order or withhold any payment due to failure of delivery through our supplier’s courier not being physically able to deliver including not being able to gain a signature or not being able to find the delivery address.
4b. CANCELLATION OF ORDER (Exceptions)
Where The Company has agreed to cancel and refund an order that has not already been fulfilled, a restocking fee of 15% of the product purchase price will be charged. The postage cost (if purchased) will be refunded in full.

Where The Company has agreed to refund an order for incorrectly purchased parts (Customer did not identify their own car or the part correctly prior to purchase) that has already been fulfilled, a restocking fee of 15% of the product purchase price will be charged. The postage cost of delivering the order to you will not be refunded. The Company will not pay for the postage cost of sending orders back to The Company or its suppliers.
5. RETURNED GOODS
Goods can only be returned at the discretion of The Company and The Purchaser has informed The Company via email of an issue and The Company has authorised return of the goods
Please note: Items are returned to the supplier (not The Company), unused and in their original condition. Items must be returned complete with all packaging in good condition. A charge to “make good” any item or packaging will be made should items be received back other than unused and in their original condition.
The Company is not obliged to make any offer to refund credit-note or exchange goods if received after a 7 day period from receipt (other than where expressly agreed by The Company). Items returned after 7 days will be subject to a restocking fee of not less than 15% should the Company agree to accept the goods.
We cannot accept for return special order items once supplied unless there is a specific manufacturing defect.
We cannot accept responsibility for returned goods which are undelivered, please retain your proof of postage for use in the event of any claim.
The Company is not responsible for any costs incurred during fitting or removal of any allegedly faulty or incorrectly supplied goods.
The Purchaser will be charged a handling fee of 25% of the original purchase price on all returned goods unless The Company has authorised the return
Goods that have been incorrectly supplied by one of The Companies suppliers will be replaced with correct goods. Please inform The Company via email for returns process before returning goods.
