Single Piston Dump Valve – DV24
The DV24 is designed for turbocharged cars that use a carburettor, throttle bodies or fuel injection with no airflow meter. It has a 25mm push on base and comes supplied as standard with a 90 degree 4mm polymer push on vacuum/boost connection. The DV24 has a 60psi boost capacity.
Bailey Motorsport introduced the piston design of dump valve to the market in 1997. The main advantages over diaphragm dump valves are faster reaction times, increased boost capability and in the case of the EVO range, the ability to work on cars with airflow meters. All Bailey dump valves are CNC machined from aircraft quality stainless aluminium alloy, use stainless steel bolts and rods, lightweight polymer pistons with special state of the art seal technology and are designed to be re-buildable for even greater longevity. Bailey dump valves are fit and forget, require no setting up and come with a 1 year guarantee.
All Bailey dump vales are available in four finishes: highly polished silver, red, blue or black anodised. Please let us know what colour your require when ordering (our online ordering system has a note section for customers to specify the colour.
Please note, unless you are replacing an existing Bailey dump valve, these valves will need a fitting kit. If you do not have the correct fitting kit, please refer to our “dump valves with fitting kits” section.
